What will happen after I purchase?
- You will be added to a chat group with the activity provider to clarify /answer any of your questions. Go to the MENU and select MESSAGES to access chat.
- You can also be contacted by the activity provider, please make sure that your email and mobile number are correct.
- You can also contact your activity provider by using the email and mobile number that can be found in the payment confirmation email.
- Cinnamon secures your payment and will be credited to the activity provider/tutor once their session/s with you is complete.
Where you’ll be
OnlineIt is encouraged for the student or enrollee to have the following:
1. Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or computers, to access the class.
2. A notebook and a pen or pencil are needed when engaging with interactive lessons.
3. A Google Meet account to access the audio or video call meetings and lessons with the teacher.
4. A Google Classroom account in case the Cinnamon platform cannot be accessed successfully in times of passing assignments, quizzes, and more.
1. If the student or enrollee is part of the PWD (persons with disabilities) community, it is suggested that the said student or enrollee contact the teacher by phone or message about their condition to help better accommodate the student or enrollee in preparing and engaging with the lessons and meetings with the teacher.
