Cebu City – March 26, 2024 – In a momentous event held at the University of Cebu (UC), Cinnamon, an e-tutorial company, has successfully forged a partnership with UC’s College of Education (CED) and the University of Cebu Academic Renewal and Extension Services (UC CARES) for a groundbreaking tutorial program.
